Actually, since Incandesants burn, they actaully ARE on constantly (I
think...) Florecent Lights, however, do have that 60CPS problem, and can
cause problems when shooting film and, to a lesser extent, video (due to
the fact that the 60CPS is a multiple of the 30FPS the camera does...
you'll see it more on Film cameras, which do 24FPS).
